At Greenwich Village Accommodation we have available Single, Twin Share and Bunk style accommodation packages.

All Rates include Breakfast and Dinner daily

A refundable $50 Bond/Deposit is required for all bookings.
All the tariffs quoted are effective from 1st December 2009 and are subject to change without notice and include all government charges and taxes.

Greenwich Village Accommodation has three (3) floors of accommodation, one female, one male and one mixed.

Room allocations are subject to availability.

Should booking be cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date or should we not receive notification of cancellation or change in arrival dates, bond/deposit will be retained.

Deposit/Bond is payable to secure booking and refundable on departure (once all out standings are settled).

All rates quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Single	$295 per week
STAY OF 13 WEEKS OR LESS
Bunk (3 or more share)	$205 per person/per week
Twin Share	$260 per person/per week
Single	$325 per week
STAY OF 1 WEEK OR LESS
Bunk (3 or more share)	$50 per person/per night
Twin Share	$55 per person/per night
Single	$65 per night

Groups

Interested in bringing your student group to Sydney? School Sporting and Student Interest Groups are most welcome. Quotes available on request.

Cancellation Charges

Deposit/Bond forfeited for bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date or without any any notice of change in arrival dates.

Meals

Breakfast and dinner are provided daily with a hot breakfast available on the weekend.
